Stop treating pregnancy like an illness! (And stop giving unsolicited advice)

I'm fed up. It seems like the moment we announce we're pregnant, our bodies cease to belong to us and become public property. Everyone feels entitled to project their fears, bad experiences, and "shady" advice onto us. Enough is enough!

I'm a midwife, I help women give birth at home, and I live surrounded by life, and let me tell you something: pregnancy is empowering, not debilitating. But to experience it that way, we first have to learn to protect ourselves from that constant negativity.

Pregnancy is a state of health and a stage of incredible power.

My shield against other people's opinions Sometimes it seems like people enjoy telling scary stories just when we need support the most. I know what I'm doing: I use my mix of White Angelica Like a royal shield. When someone comes up with a comment that doesn't benefit me, I smile, apply my oil, and think, "Thank you, but this gift is yours, I'm not receiving it." My peace is non-negotiable, and my energy even less so.

What I've prepared for you in my new video

In this recorded class, I go into the technical and professional details we all need to navigate this path safely. Here's a summary of what you'll find:

  • Quality, Safety and the first quarter: If you're going to use oils, make sure they're therapeutic grade. Don't settle for less when you're creating life. Prioritize aromatic use, especially during the first trimester, when the baby's vital organs are forming and we need to be very selective about what we apply to our bodies.

  • Oils on pause: It's not out of fear, it's out of physiological knowledge. I'll tell you which oils with estrogenic effects (like Clary Sage or Fennel) are best avoided during pregnancy, even though they're fantastic for labor.

  • Recipes for physical well-being: I share guidelines for common challenges like nausea, fatigue, how to make your own cream for heavy legs and stretch mark prevention, and much more!

  • The importance of dilution: I'll show you the correct dilution charts, differentiating between occasional applications and daily body use to avoid overloading your system.

  • Real Supplementation and Nutrition: This is a key point. We're not just talking about eating "raw food," but about how to support our bodies with quality supplements. I'll also discuss which Young Living supplements you can use at this stage.

  • Using the diffuser: Tips on intermittent diffusion and why citrus fruits are the best allies for maintaining a balanced environment.
