\nWhy dilute essential oils? So you can get the most out of these fantastic natural products!<\/p>\n

To dilute essential oils, we use carrier oils, which are plant-based. I always recommend using premium, organic, cold-pressed plant oils.<\/p>\n

Which vegetable oil? Whatever you fancy!
\nI usually use the V6 <\/a>from Young Living especially, but when I create my facial cream I love the coconut because it solidifies (in summer it is liquid).<\/p>\n

Let's look at two examples:<\/p>\n

1. Small jar with 50ml of carrier oil + 25 drops of essential oil total (12 drops of PanAway and 12 drops of Copaiba). PanAway essential oil is a combination of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove, and Peppermint essential oils. Popular uses for PanAway essential oil include: PanAway\u00ae<\/a> It can be applied to tired muscles after exercise or to the neck and back at any time of day to enjoy its soothing and stimulating aroma. The resin of the spices Copaifera<\/a>Copaiba, an exclusive Young Living oil from Brazil, has been known to relieve joint and stomach discomfort for years. Native healers traditionally used the benefits of topically applied copaiba to reduce skin irritations and soothe insect bites.<\/p>\n

2. Small pot with 100ml of carrier oil + 25 drops of desired essential oils (8 drops of Purification<\/a> + 8 of Lavender<\/a> + 8 of Frankincense<\/a>). Purification\u2122 can be used directly on the skin to cleanse and soothe insect bites, cuts, and grazes. Lavender is highly regarded for its skin and beauty benefits. French scientist Ren\u00e9 Gattefoss\u00e9 was the first to discover these properties when a laboratory explosion severely burned his hands. Frankincense is a valued ingredient in anti-aging skin care products and for dry skin. The ancient Egyptians used it to make rejuvenating masks.<\/p>\n
